While he was President of Nigeria, If President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has given the Niger Delta Region 50% of the money from the federation account will that not have solved the problem in the Niger delta region.

But instead of doing the needful Jonathan was busy wasting time and throwing money into the hands of the likes of Dasuki, Obanikoro, Falae, Deziani etc.

Jonathan is responsible for the suffering his Ijaw people and the rest of the Niger delta region is going through. He forgot that he was a minority man and only have this God given opportunity to change the misfortune of the Niger delta and Nigeria as a country.

The Hausa/Fulani will continue to share their resources to other parts of the country because of Jonathan lack of foresight and stupidity.

This is totally unacceptable. If you must bail out states, it must be a fair and simple proportion. Kastina is getting more funds than Edo? Oba a to kpe e. Edo people na wetn Una reduce Una self to?

Kastina self wan dry collect same share with oil producing state.

It is the so called little things like this that fans the embers of militancy and unrest in NDR
what er u saying do u think this money is free of charge all this states will definitly refund this money to the fedral govt. so don't talk as if FG is favouring any state than the other... it simply means Edo state has lesser problem.

It's a pity that nobody bothers to ask for the source of this money. Afterall, Paris Club and London club debts were settled by Obasanjo's administration. Our governors who devoured the excess crude account could not have known of the existence of this repaid fund without tearing the federal government to shreds in order to have their shares of the fund.

How can a whole nation paid more than it's owing? The reasonable explanation is that this money has been there since; known and enjoyed only by very few people in the presidency. Another one is that it was probably exposed by the tsa. Quite frankly, going by Nigerian standards, this money should have gone the ways of others ordinarily. This is exactly why one must know that something good is happening up there. If this one was also embezzled just like others, we wouldn't even feel it because we aren't aware of its existence in the first place. We just hope the governors would behave responsibly with it so that we can at least bring back our economy. God bless Nigeria.

And is it because we pride our self in our work ethic and leave for 4am and get back at 11pm, and all shops open on or b4 8am

Or how we know the importance of self development

Or how we understand we just have to love one another and keep the peace?

Maybe it could be because of lack of vision by de state government to creat more nd durable access roads within the state,,develope de villages around seme border, wit wat dey generate build small light rail system to open up de city nd stop waiting for fg.is wat is making u sleep by 1am nd wake up by 4am not necessarily because you love stressful hard work....now pick up ur sense from wia y left it bro,i know ur more intelligent Dan dis

Lagos economy is 95% dependent on Nigeria's economy. Nigerians import through Lagos mostly and if they stop importing today Lagos will feel it.
Imagine if all our refineries worked and we stop importing fuel through Lagos? Rice? Flour?
Lagos economy is dependent on the volume of import by Nigerians and the FG allocation.
You grow up and stop fantasizing.

Stop sounding stupid, Lagos gets most of her income from import activity and is therefore dependent on Nigeria's import apetite. What Lagos needs to do is to keep luring the likes of dangote refinery so that whem importation of fuel stops, dangote will be pay tax that will help cover for import duty reduction.
