When 3G or 4G network is unavailable, please change to GSM (2G) so you won't be stranded receiving calls at least.
Here in kaduna it full emergency no 2G,3G,4G.

Been on airplane mode for a few days now. Switched back and there was network. Baba God noni!
They might be working on some backend infrastructure upgrade but they should inform the general public at the very least.
Let me quickly blow through my 8gb before I hear how Peter turned to Mary.

Yes you remembered correctly. Yes it showed compatibility with Glo LTE but I've not taken time to go and swap my SIM due to several complaints I read of on Twitter of people whose SIM were not properly activated. I cannot afford to have my line down for a minute. I also bought NTEL too but have not tried it.

dustmalik:

If i remember correctly, you had a UMI device, right? Did you find out if it's compatible with Glo LTE (band 28)?
Re: Glo Network Is Finally Back (Photos) by bigtt76(f): 7:35am On Jan 13, 2017

Oh, I see. Well, mine was successfully swapped though. I didn't experience any hitch. If you are in Abuja, you can either do the swap at their head office in Wuse 2 or the one at Ceddi Plaza.

Sure ....I would try them at the Palms in Lekki soon.
