You can get your state of origin certificate (its really important) within a day for about 2k or less from your state liaison office especially if you stay in Lagos or Abuja.
What state are you from.

He's not talking about state of origin but birth certificate.. A birth certificate from local government but has Lagos state as the heading, can it be used?

....I think since we will be learning with their language, then we will also have to learn everything about ther language, both reading, writing, and understanding the language.....I'm not experienced though, I'm also an aspirant.

This is new, so I don't know much about it yet. But all I can say is that you can be allowed to change your preferred choice of country at the FSB centre on the interview/exam day, if Hungary isn't accepting Nigerian scholars this year.

Even if you've submitted your application, you can re-edit other things like chosen country and re-print it.

I know completion of NYSC is necessary to apply for the exams.
But if you feel you can try your luck, go. You never can tell.

Your First degree certificate and NYSC are more important for PG masters students (+MSc certificate for PhD)
Waec/Neck can be used by PG applicants. It doemt affect scoring.
