Some tenants are devil incanate, despite they have momoney, prefer to spend it in frivolties than to use to pay house rent. The problem in Nigeria is that tenants can get away with not paying rent and there is nothing a legally Landlord can do about it. Some tenants do bring out the worst in landlords.

Bros Pls let me pm you, do that you can give me full details or format because wicked tenants usually exploit the weak slow court process in Nigeria and secretly pack out before with out paying their for like a year and some months, the court told me to look for where they moved to when I was reported to them about the new development.

I lost six months from 2tenants each + the a year+, though am happy the police helped me in getting them to pay their power bills before I came back one day to see two of the tenants has left with all their property.

A well-informed tenant won't sign that. Talking from experience. They now give the agreement to their lawyers.
