I am in need of a self contain apartment within egbeda, cement and iyana ipaja axis. Please I would mind directly because I don't have money for agent fees and others. |

I know a two bedroom self contain at 250 @ baruwa. Real good. Water light everything. Direct but he insists on damages and lawyer fee making it 300 Another at peace estate 160k but those agent things dey there. I'm no agent but I got to know because I just got a house there @ 400k. Good luck |

Thank you but my budget is 120k. Reason is because I have less than a year to stay there as I would be relocating soon. I currently stay very close to peace estate with someone but I just need to get my own place. cummando: |
