It seems nice but my question is, how will the website owner be getting his money? are you thinking of someone with a contract have to pay to place it on the website?

The contract owner would place the contract on the website free of charge, then bidders would have to pay a token to the web owner to be able to place a bid.

that's OK but for me but i think it will make lot of senses if the contract owner is the one that would pay the fee to the website owner and not the bidders. Its like saying I have to pay before assessing an appliance I intend to buy on konga when in reality its the appliance company that placed it on konga that should pay konga.
