Not to talk of cases where one family member will sell land, only for other family members to show up claiming that they never authorized the land for sale. I have friends with several of such cases in Obigbo, Emohua, you name it. Not to talk of the goat fee, foundation fee, matching ground fee, etc.

Rivers state is the only place I have seen landlords collecting drink money in addition to house rent. WTF!
