Good Day NL, please anyone with idea what's wrong?
I got a new Samsung phone, and the challenge I'm facing is...i can't send videos and gif pics on whatsapp. I have tried out all the possible settings I can think of, I even root the phone thinking it'll solved the problem, yet still the same thing.

once I sent video or gif it'll keep loading till eternity, then request me to Retry. please anyone with similar experience before should help out, I'm quite sure is not a network problem.
worse part is... I can't Even download a send video or gif too.

please I need urgent help cuz I feel like breaking the phone as I am typing right now

Go locate d access point of whichever ntwrk u're using.. Check d access point settings especially apn and make sure d ip and port is empty

they're all empty... I've even make use of some vpn software to see if it'll work, yet still no solution...


I've never experienced this with my former phone o..

I experienced this issue for one week . i factory resetted my phome yesterday and it solved it.

Yea u shld. Create a fresh accesspoint and put in only d apn gloflat for Glo and Web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net for d mtn.

I can't still figure out what the issue is, but I'm planning on flashing the ROM.
I'll be using it with the Cyber Ghost for now.

what more can I do? I've done all the settings and tricks I could think of, I'm just fed up bro.

U'ld b surprised it's one very minor tiny detail... But ur other msgs go thru on whatsapp ryt? Did u try uninstalling and reinstalling d whatsapp app?

Try to redownload it from ur playstore

my brother, I've tried everything I could think of, I've even factory reset the phone... wipe the cache and so on; yet nothing...
