Based on my observation , I think Fsb/fg don't want to pay all students with respect to how the payment is being done. They just want to fulfill all righteousness. So that it will be on record that they paid. Then the rest will be scammed. Or there is something sinister about this payment. I suspect corruption within and amongst the officials of Fsb. Because the more they delay payment the more disinterested people become and then the more money available for them to loot.

Just chill man. They said they’ll be paying in batches with each batch consisting of a few number of states. I don’t think they are done with the first batch as of today. So,just calm down. They will pay everyone provided you don’t have issues with verification.

This type of payment should be done according to banks. Check their site, they have the number of scholars based on Ph.D, Masters, Undergraduate, HND, NCE from 2015 to 2018. If they have this stats, I don't think everyone should be paid beyond a week. Unless they don't have enough money to pay all. As for masters scholars, they are 186 or 196 from 2015 to 2018, that is N70 million plus for the two payments, this amount is not enough for a senator in a month. It is either they lack competency or someone is using the money for business or they have inadequate money to pay all.

Have they started paying you

I wrote the exams early last year (2018) and had even forgotten about it until last week when I received a call to come pick my award letter. The lady said she came from FSB in Abuja and that only two PhD students were awarded in my school, Uniport. It's surprising that with such a meagre amount they're paying, they couldn't give it to a lot more people.
I'm still signing the forms!
