Well, if the guy is actually a genuine doctor, he took advantage of you to satisfy his lust. Such a doctor deserved to be sued if truly you didn't complain of other things besides the headache and cough. But even if you complained of symptoms relating to those places, you still have the right to say you don't want him to examine you and he can't force you. it's your right to either accept or decline treatment, examination and investigations or anything your doctor offers you
