That sincerity will lead to deleiverance.

There are 4 steps I would recommend for you...

1. Identify that which stimulates you.
Resist the urge to look at any seductive pictures even if it means staying away from movies and internet for sometime.
Disconnect from any friend who lures you to watch pornography or any suggestive images.

2. Study and meditate on God's word
Meditate on Galatians 5, confess to yourself daily that you have control over yourself.

3. Pray when you are alone
Because by no strength shall no man prevail.
In addition, be accountable to God and to yourself too.
If possible, keep a diary of yourself to take note of your daily progress.

4. Fight the good fight even when you fall
The bible says even when a righteous man falls 7 times, he gets up.
Never stop.

Remember, it takes only 21 days to break a habbit.
I pray Almighty God would strengthen you for this task in Jesus name.

Tell him to forgive you . Tell him to sanctify you with his truth. Tell him to sanctify you with his love, with his power and above all with the blood of the lamb. Step 1: Ask God for the holy spirit because you can't fight it alone. You need the spirit to aid you and strengthened you. But for the Holy Spirit to stay, you must abstain from sin.

Step 2: You must work out your faith. How do you work it? You must destroyed every pictures that's in your hands. Any objects that triggered those thought. You must also stop watching movies that will triggered those actions.

Step 3: Then you must filled your heart with God. How do you do it? Read his words, praise him when you wake up and before going to bed at least for 10min because when you praise him you're telling him he's big enough to solve your issues. When you're through with your praises tell him that you need his help, that it is only him who can help you. That you can't solve it. Tell him you have surrender everything to him.

Step 4: When you feel the urge again, go into prayer. By the time you do this everyday you won't know when you stopped.

Then remembered to always be in his presence of God by joining a bible believing church which will strengthen you spiritually.
