******I was thinking recently about the mode of communication between nairaland members recently, I believe that the PM's system is too outdated for a top notch communication forum like this, putting into consideration the cumbersome process it takes to communicate. following a lot of brainstorming, It is my own opinion that a messaging(e.g simple mailbox) feature be added so that simple texting between a person and his/her followers be done with ease.

*And finally notice to all nairaland kids>> Stop sending PM's to random people. This is 2017. Get sense

I don't reply pm's, tell seu.n to bring in the 'inbox' feature.

I don't think so we need that..sending and replying PMs is an option and not by force..

If u wanna chat with the person(s), juz approach them and yall can move to any social media u.like..

Smh too... Coz that's not the only way..Men don't need to create thread to call the attention of a person..

I consider the PM too dull a concept.
