What is the advantage in doing this especially as i believe this increases the cost of the project for your client?

More pictures of the foundation below....the foundation i added more blocks to make it high...foundation with a good height hads a lot of beauty to bungalows...it makes it look giant and taller, it allows you to climb stairs before accessing the main building...

Why didn't you run the lintel all through the walls? Chain it round as is the popular phrase here? Wouldn't it have been better to spend money on this rather than on building an overall very large bungalow that competes with a duplex in size? Just asking.

Runing a lintel all through the building, that is the windows and the wall of the house is a total waste of money and material, it has no advantage to the building since the windows and doors are not close to each others so there is no need runing lintel through out the whole building
