so, i saw from the top of the footbridge inside the mills building complex in apapa a thief tied up and beaten by the railway workers. they said he was caught stealing pieces of steels used in building the railroad. according to them, a single piece is worth over 5k...and this thief had a sack-ful of them. it's not the first time this would happen and the workers were always to blame.+ karma! 1 Share
