Charlton Athletic have paid tribute to PC Keith Palmer, an Addicks fan who was killed during a terror attack in London on Wednesday, with a scarf being laid on the seat that he frequently filled at the club’s Valley stadium.

Unarmed cop Palmer was stabbed to death outside the Palace of Westminster as a major part of an assault which claimed three lives - notwithstanding that of the attacker - and left seven others in a critical condition.
