I really don't want to join in this Dino-gate issue but there are always issues with every evidence Dino Daniel Jonah Melaye 1st his name is missing from Convocation brochure 2nd his name is not on the Alumni website 3rd he has not collected his original certificate 17 years after graduation and 'acquiring' seven more certificates. 4th all his certificates bear different names 5th his NYSC has a registration number of 1999 when he served in 2000/2001 6th he started his NYSC on a Sunday and passed out on a Sunday. 7th Why always Dino? Nigerian Educational system is a shame. 3 Likes

OP from all indications you have not done your NYSC. When you do you will understand that POP date is different from the date on the certificate |

I almost create a new thread about the inconsistency of information on Mr Dino Melaye's NYSC certificate, but I'm happy one has already been created. Nigeria Education system is already in a big mess. Call up number indicate service year as 1999 NYSC start date is on a sunday Wonders |

emmatony: Let me teach you something about NYSC The start date is on the Tuesday when camp opens eg camp opens today 28th March 2017 ur finish date is 27th of March 2018. However Public Service Rules (PSR) allows u 15 working days as leave which every corper is entitled to at the end of his/her service year. Therefore your POP is exactly 3weeks from the end of your service year. By our example above the POP date of a corper who starts camp today Tuesday 28/03/2017 would be Tuesday 06/03/2018 however his/her certificate will read from 28/03/2017 to 27/03/2018. Hope that's clear enough for you. Now run along.... |
