A friend who is currently working with a construction company got an offer in FMCG with same designation, same salary and same location. Please house, between the two industry which will be advised to work with and why.

If your friend is comfortable with the rigorousity, physicality, hazardeuos inhalations of dust and fumes day in day out, with mostly non commensurate monthly pay in the construction industry let him continue,if not he had better port. All d best, I wish him.
