The first things to know about eBook Cover Design are as follows: 1. The eBook cover must be a rectangular shape with sizes (1400-1700)pixel * (2300-2500)pixel. Note it is Width*Height! 2. It should be genre specific. 3. Your choice of colours must be meaningful and good. Also make use of RGB color model since it is for onscreen display. 3. The eBook cover must be clear and visible even as a thumbnail. 4. If it is a series book, the covers must be unified in a way to create a sort of brand. 5. Make use of images if appropriate to give it a converting nature. 6. It should be professional. 7. You can even higher a graphics designer to help design your eBook covers if you are not good at it. |
