I heard people say on TV ‘God loves you very much’’
The bible says faith come by hearing and hearing by the word of God
You have to claim the word of God with faith. Hebrews 4:12 -For the word of God is quick,and powerful,and sharper than any twoedged sword,piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit,and of the joints and marrow,and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
You can be sitting in your room and thinking of your problems and gloomy thoughts would come. God doesn’t love me, Satan puts in your thoughts.
It is a temptation from the devil. Jesus Christ resisted temptation in the garden by speaking the word of God. The bible says -Resist the devil and he would flee from you. The sword of the spirit in our battle armour is the word of God.
Tell yourself- God loves humanity so much that he gave his only begotten son to die for us.

Say it with faith. You have to believe it for it to work. Then the temptation would flee.
