Good day all, please my umidigi F1 charging port is bad, it keeps shaking and does not charge. I have tried using different chargers, it only charges if I hold and push the charger into the port. Can I get a replacement charging port? And does anyone here offer this service?

This means the port itself is wider than usual due to frequent in n out of different chargers.Take a compass or divider of mathset to gently bulge out top or bottom part of the port.Do it carefully with d phone turned off.

Umidigi's charging ports are generally wack. My brother and I had umidigi phones, guess what? The charging port for both became faulty after a while, and this is not about usage or whatever.

I would use myself as an example, i have never suffered charging port issues, on any umidigi devices.....

I have used a few and bought a few for very close associates. None ever suffered charging port issues..........

Same applies to me, 7 devices around me and never a complain about charging port. I guess it all boils down to usage. Like i will always advice never use ur device while charging; but if you must do, then get an appropriate cable to do the job, the length must be adequate and the inclination must be angled correctly to avoid strain on the charging port.

ok, maybe it's not ok to generalise based on my experience alone, but my experience with umidigi charging point has been horrible. It started giving me issues almost immediately after purchase. I like their design though.

You probably got a factory defective product, you should have sought redress immediately......

I love umidigi for many things (pricing, design language, spec sheet) etc etc

What i hate about them, is their quality control or lack of it........
