Got one for a friend yesterday for 43k or so via Jumia. Hotness will depend on usage and surrounding temp.

You can't just return a gadget without any verifiable claim because they have a team that carries out quality checks.

It's clearly stated on their website that if your claims are not verified, they'd return your item to you.

Our OS differs. I'm using a Xiaomi device. I'm just saying that SMSC input section is still very much avail on Android 9 except you're referring to stock Android (Android One) devices.

The one i posted earlier was for my F2 running on Android 10

Both phones you're referencing are using Stock Android but my device is not. Probably that's why.

When returned, just download the full ROM and flash again.
