Chairman, battery life depends on the ROM you're using. Some save battery better than some. Those that save battery, you can get 7hrs SOT approx depending on your usage though, but these ROMs might not be so good for gaming.
ROMs good for gaming, you can get approx 6hr SOT.
It charges fast like normal stock ROM. Fast charging is a hardware thing not software. My charging takes 1hr 40 to 100 from 0.

Was it like that when u bought it? Or started recently? If it was like that at unboxing then it's a factory problem, if it's recently try clearing data for the camera app and see how it goes
