Can you explain better? Is the Umidigi logo displaying? If yes, download the ROM from community. Umidigi. Com. Follow the instructions carefully while flashing so that you don't cause your fingerprint scanner to stop working.

The charger should take the blow not the device if it has anything to do with charging process. If the bad current could pass through the brick successfully to the phone, then, the brick is either faulty prior or a fake brick.

Does it mean the umidigi charger is fake or faulty?

Because the boss said something of umidigi phone is cheap, so does it mean they gave substandard charger for the cheap device.

And what next should we get charger with better brick or we should get voltage regulator which is costly.
