so, a senior colleague and I went to maryland for a courtesy visit, neighbors to our guest is a caterer.. then I saw this big fish been prepared for a fist come the next day... people are actually flexing in this buhari economy oo.

So tey they gat to use cutlass. This fish would have been served whole on a barbecue stick with garnishing.and spiced- hot spices.

And very chilled drinks.

That's the way to manage this fish.
