An experienced male or female staff wanted with the following attributes: Qualification: 1. Self motivated and should be able to take initiative without being told 2. Understanding of Vegetables and Crops farming including: Nursery, Planting, Fertigation, Nutrient formulation, Irrigation, Nethouse and general management of insects, fungi, weeds, etc. 3. Should be able to manage junior staff and labour hands 4. University degree is NOT a must but the candidate must have good command of English and personal charisma. 5, Must be ready to relocate and stay in the farm house once employed 6. Ability to drive will be an added advantage Welfare Package 1. Attractive salary comparable with well established farms 2. Accommodation 3. Vehicle The Organisation: A newly established farm with focus on end to end integrated farming. Ranging from Crops to Livestock.
