A fast growing consulting firm requires for employment a Recruitment Personnel to drive her recruitment agency. The candidate would be required amongst other things to:

• Take details from prospective Employers in relation to available vacancies
• Make arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• Interview and to conduct tests for job seekers
• Create a pool of prospective employees ready to fill available vacancies
• Match candidates to suitable jobs
• Screen and shortlist candidates before they are interviewed by prospective Employers
• Build good relationship with prospective Employers in different sectors of the economy with a view to attracting more businesses
• Keep records of clients, employees and vacancies
• Negotiate contracts

Requirements;
