There is no "normal " sexual appetite everyone has their own but people tend to sometimes compromise to meet the other one's needs. Twice a week like Tuesday night and Friday night is great by me. I dont think any man has the ability to have sex everyday for a month straight. 2-3 times a week is super okay.
