To obtain d uniabuja remedial form, simply walk into any UBA, UNITY OR OCEANIC BANK, in gwagwalada with N5,500. But remember! You must submit along with ur completely filled form, ur passport, photocopies ur state of origin certificate, birth certificate & o' level result. N.B- bring these documents along with u when coming to the school. Also note that one secret which people buying the rems form don't know is dat admitted remites with complete o'level result will not be eligible 4 screening, u must have a defeciency in either maths, english, or any one of sciences (phy, chem, bio).
