Good morning guys, am commenting for the benefit of those who would later find themselves in one of the best bank in Nigeria.

I had an experience with them in 2011, but left in 2012, so they did some salary adjustment (increment) when i left so my contribution goes thus.

1.Industrial attachment(I.T)= formally 15,000, but now 25,000

2. DSA, 35,000, but I guess, it would also have been increased since they have made salary increment

3. OND graduate- 70,000+ hazard money, but now close to 80,000-85,000

4. Entry level, 80,000, but now 150,000

Assistant manager, (A.M), my boss (supervisor) then was earning 400,000, but I guess it would also have been increased.

FCMB, is one of the best bank to work, because their work is not that stressful unlike other banks e.g GTBank

I guess this would help.
