Many of them actually hate Nigeria. How you know this, is if you posted a thread on say, the South West, depicting their developments etc, suddenly those from that region will stand up and applaud those pictures, applaud whatever progress is being shown, and claim the glory for it, while talking up the progress of their region.

But place that same thread or debate within a NIGERIAN context, in which the nation of Nigeria is credited for it, they will immediately start condemning everything about it!
