Plz o. Is it only GTB or Access banks cards that work for online transactions? Cos I tried my first bank and it says decline. But, my GTB own dey work just that the exchange rate I feel is too high..

I ordered leagoo m8 pro from Egrow store on ali express on the 29th of april and they just message me now that dont have it in their store and that they are waiting for the supplier to supply them which will take around 2 to 4 weeks, and .... Should i wait or cancel the order...and this dollar increase no wan mke me cancel am
