What they fail to understand is that this phone is on a very high demand especially cos it's cheap

If this phone has a Tecno name attached to it, I can assure u the cheapest will be around 45k, imagine 1gb ram k7 spark is 32k


Because of the all of a sudden rush in demand, some defects come up during manufacturing, that's y I advise buying from AliExpress so u can open dispute within 15 days of usage

Infinix hot note series always have charging port/flex issues

Another thing is that, if u wanna use this phone, charge full and use, once it's low, leave it to charge, excessive charging is what causes this ghost touching and other screen issue cos the phone charges very slowly ; ppl use higher charges, this also causes the defect

If u cannot manage this, get another device
But I can tell u, this device is worth every penny
