Yeye Fashola had earlier awarded the remodelling and concession of Falomo to an Iboman.

If Ambode had not stepped in and reawarded to a Yoruba, the Ibo contractor will end up doing many things

1. Go to village and beat chest that he owns Falomo

2. The lie will get to yanmiris on Nairaland who will then embellish the claim that from Falomo to Lekki and everything in between is owned by Ibo.

3. Block Yoruba from rentals in the mall or make them pay 3xtimes what is charged to Ibo.

4. Rename it from Yoruba name Falomo to Ibo name, Umu Ozorondigwu shopping complex
