I m just wondering, as the senate stop the policy that will make Nigerians pay custom duty on their old ,Should Nigerian custom still have the right to impound old cars from their owners due to duty that was not paid correctly?

Your answer is different from the question. if custom arrest and impound old cars for custom documents, it means that senate instructions are being follwed

Custom has been impounding vehicles before the current boss even became the comptroller. Senate or no Senate injection won't change anything.
