Nigeria is not a good country with my vital point. Emerging the police we work to your house and shows their identity card we are from Area N you're under arrest, but you innocent trying to ask the offence you commit, they will reply that anything you says will be using against you in the court of law. Now the principles of rule of law says nobody should be arrested without been told the offence he/she committed.

Again a guy bus a Vanagon on the road without knowing it was policemen gangs who higher it for radding, unfortunately all of them was drived to the station and asked them to write statement, but corperatively non of them writes anything, after 2hrs they asked them to pay for bailing. see what police change too.
