Was the runway contract executed? What's the condition of the runway? Both Amaechi and FFK agree that money was released by Rivers State government for PH Airport runway. FFK situated that N300 million was spent before he became Aviation Minister. He also posited the over N132 million was left when he left office. The contention is about the balance. FFK says it wasn't given to his Ministry, but FAAN which paid it to Julius Berger. FAAN is a parastatal under Ministry of Aviation. I am sure that there is need for more explanation.
