Have you spoken with local radio and television stations? That's might be a good start. Often, they'll need a fresh voice in their productions departments. I've done a little bit of that myself, and it's quite fun. Or, speak with the management of local department stores or shopping malls. They like to have clear, resonant voices when they do their announcements.

Good luck with this endeavour! Remember that it can be a truly lucrative line of work. Many voice "actors" are handsomely compensated for their talents. Look up Don LaFontaine on YouTube and you'll see what I mean!
