This is very correct. Even abokki Okada riders are now emboldened to operate in parts of the inner city (Jabi, etc) unlike before. The current FCT minister is a worse dullard than his employer. It's almost like there's no FCT minister in charge. All the street lights across the main city are dead, Wuse 2, Utako everywhere. Abuja which used to be a solace for some of us has now degenerated to a Banana Republic where anything goes.... Unbridled crime, lawlessness, insecurity and madness. And yet bastards claim that this government is working?
