What I'd advise is get a registry marriage done before you travel. It's easier that way as you won't have to come down, spending all your tuition (except you have loads of money to spend). I think it's easier with the court wedding because if life happens and you have to hustle for tuition, coming home will be your last option and if you manage to complete your degree and want to apply for PR, it'll be harder without your partner as she'll have to wait for at least 17 months before getting the partner visa which is temporary. Hope it makes sense.

U mean fake statements ..I doubt that nobody In his right sense would no that Australia verifies stuffs
