there was a russelsmith job advert posted here sometime ago, which i applied for the post of commercial officer, please who knows about this company and their pay package as i just got a mail now inviting me for an aptitude test and assessment.

It's a huge company. They're into oil and gas. Take it very seriously. Aptitude test is gmat type of test. Check their website.

I made findings to see they owe salaries, its also a company with no career path, and one could be sacked at anytime.
The name only sounds fancy and looks big from the outside

I saw something of this nature too on linkedin. Somebody was telling people not to apply to their job postings. And that they have recruited different persons for a particular role and those persons resigned or were sent packing.
