Wrong move Ambode. VIO has a federal mandate which overrides the motor vehicle policies of any state. They won't adhere to your directives, they operate under a constitution bigger than yours |

TPAND: E be be like say you be VIO. Awon oloriburuku jati jati. Na hunger go kill all of una with una useless so-called "mandate". A mandate that duplicates functions statutorily assigned to the likes of the FRSC, is that one a mandate? Nonsense idiots. Make them go find better work. They serve no meaningful purpose, only to constitute public nuisance. |

TPAND:VIO is not a federal agency. |
