Lady cries out as raging fire destroy houses two hours after she called Fire service officials in Lagos

Apparently when the fire incident started, the lady whose voice can be heard at the background, called for help from the Nigeria Fire Service but the officials did not arrive two hours after the initial call. 2 hours after the initial call.

Also she called PHCN officials to stop the power supply to the buildings but they did not. The raging fire affected other buildings close to it.
