I have an existing facility as stated which I once managed a while back. I was made to understand that the facility is no more producing and I intend leasing the facility to start up production. Yes the owner is considering the option of leasing but I have not made my intentions known to him yet. Kindly advise me on things to consider and set in place..both financially and legally. |
