Imaging helpless old retirees hoping to survive with their pension and now being compelled to forfeit 50% of their pension. With the economic situation of Nigeria, how do they survive. This is just disheartening, cos I don't think any economic situation is justifiable enough for any Governor to meddle with retirees pension, if actually he knows what pension actually is.
