"Dear Valued Customers.." MTN Nigerias Message On Current Price Of Recharge Card by KOKSNATION: 2:00pm On May 11, 2017
It is no longer news that the cost of MTN recharge card has increased across the length and breathe of the country. Small scale retailers and wholesalers have added a service charge of N10, N20, N50 and N100 respectively to the normal amount at which the various classification of cards are been sold and when you ask them, they come up with the excuse of "that's how we bought it".

However, to save their reputation and integrity, MTN Nigeria has come out to refute the claims it increased the cost of sales of recharge cards to wholesalers across the country. The telecommunication company's through its acting Sales and Distribution Executive Adekunle Adebiyi has therefore released an official statement which reads:..............

MTN are very greedy. Before ten pieces N10000 recharge card was sold at N9700 which is N300 gain but now it is sold at N9900. So how can someone make only a profit of N100 in a business he did with N10000. And if the person mistakenly recharge one card it means there's no profit at all. Glo, airtel and etisalat are still selling N9600 for N10000 recharge card.

Ever since Mtn got fined by NCC , they have been on a war path with Nigerians. First they started charging for credit transfers, now it is increasing the price of cards to their wholesalers. I said it before that it is ordinary Nigerians that will end up paying that fine.
