Major Duties & Responsibilities:
* Draft and review of agreements
* Deal with legal disputes with contractual partners
* Deal with company compliance matters
* General support to the senior management team

Skills & Qualifications:
* Must have a minimum of 3 years working as a company's lawyer
* Must be fully qualified
