The familiar type we all know and hate and adore from primary school at the same time... They are actually annoying... Anyway... After the exam we left... We got paid a whole while later transport fair... So look out for like N2500 or 3k coming into your account.... However... Waiting for a very long time... We wrote the exam may and got paid like September... But from what I heard it was supposed to be January so basically we got paid early I think... Before getting paid we were told to open a Union Bank account b4 a deadline... Check your Email everyday... Trust me.. I received mine late a message telling me to open a union bank account and get from them a Bank Verification Letter.... I got the email on a Sunday and my deadline was like Wednesday.. While some others got theirs 3 days before me... The stress in opening the account alone and the BVL letter... Wawu.... Anyway.. After everything.... You still wait a while..

So wrote exam May... Bank processing like August... Money like late Sept even tho I think it's supposed to be January... Moral of the story... Removed all impatience in you cuz you are gonna wait for a whole whole while b4 receiving anything...

Wrote my exam 2017... Should be receiving my second payment soon...

Yes... This morning we received a message from Chevron that they've paid us In the morning today... But obviously it hasn't reflected in individual accounts... So they said if it has not shown in anyone's account its on the fault of the bank (Union Bank) or we should just wait till around 4pm today or tomorrow morning

It's for those that will be awarded the scholarship. That is if you are chosen, they will ask you to open a union bank account. So for now, it's not compulsory.

UPDATE: So after someone on one of the Chevron group chats called Chevron earlier in the month of August to ask for the present awardees scholarship funding... They got told it was 4 months late for payment, that they are very sorry and we will receive it late August... Then another call was made about early this week or so and again they apologized and said we'd get paid b4 Friday... Which was yesterday... Now it's a new month. We will call them again and ask why they are doing us like that.
