Communism has atheism as an integral part of it and China is a communist country. The Chinese are very superstitious people and non theistic religions also thrive there . China has close to 100 million Christians and its on course to becoming the world's largest Christian population by 2030 . The Chinese constitution also permits the people of China to be part of any religion they want to . Though there are reports that the massive Christian population there are suffering persecution from the government .
