kenny987: Making which food and paying which excess to who ? Have you seen the latest IGR figures for the 5 SE states at all? www.nairaland.com/attachments/5348488_image_jpeg9f360c5ab7736510df54c882e9dbf188 You generate less revenue internally than any other region so which excess are you contributing to who? Kaduna and Kano alone generated more revenue than the entire SE combined so how can a parasite relying of FG allocation to function make such a baseless and audacious statement? Y'all like to delude yourselves though . |

kenny987: Kindly PM me your address in Utopia and I'll probably drop by for a glass of frozen smoke. Politics is not a tea-party and the sooner you and the typically politically illiterate average ibo man understands this the better for you lot. The winners interests come before the loser's regardless and that's why its an intensely fought battle with billions sunk in. It must be really hard coming to terms with reality innit? Pele! |

Chigold101: OP, abeg swerve for one side! Which kind yeye be this? Do me a favor, go and review Jonathan administration and tell me which region had the most representation at all strata of Jonathan's presidency...and for six years? Ibos grew wings and began to do and undo upandan... Customs Immigration Aviation Army Census SGF Finance Economy NNPC SEC Beside filling these positions with Ibos, Peter Obi, instead of staying at home to Govern was gallivanting to Abuja every week. The governor of Enugu (forgot his name) was absent and no one could find him for over a year, surrogates held the administration together for him The governor of Abia, the two Kalus were in scandals day in day out. The first Kalu had his mother ruling the state while he engaged himself in sex escapades in Dubai. The second Kalu was clueless and when he left the state remained the same way it was when he assumed office - stagnant! In Ebonyi, they had a homo in office. His wife ended up packing her children and leaving than be sharing d1ck with his men lovers. Then there was the governor also ( cant recal which state) whose wife had mental problems and was ordered to vacate government house. Ngozi was gifting import waivers to fellow Ibos. At one point she forged Lagos State waivers and rerouted to Coscharis Motors where Stealer Oduah connived with fellow Ibos in Directorates under her to use government funds and order two bullet proof luxurious vehicles for personal use. The two were bought at an amount that could be put to use in Iboland and reap gains for years. So, how did Ibos not know that their region and land needed development when they were in positions of decision making and financial control to benefit their land? Jonathan even endorsed them and claimed publicly for all to hear and know....that Ibos are the pillars of his administration. From Presidency to the state executives, why did they fail to commission projects in Iboland that would help move them forward? Oohh, I forgot, the deputy Senate President was an Iboman! You know what,...this article you posted in the thread is nothing but a fuckery! 3 Likes 1 Share |

fulanimafia: Oh dear Lord! Intensely fought battle for what? This is why I initially didn't want to engage u...this so-called reality shouldn't be and this has absolutely nothing to do with utopia. It's basic, humane existence and survival but apparently, it's in ur interest for others to be wiped out that u may live...how sad. |

kenny987: An intensely fought battle for political power to further your interests and ideologies. Nobody is saying anyone will be denied the fundamentals of human existence or wiped out for any reason, the point is you will always be at the back of the line and bottom of the pecking order. If this is still too hard for you to grasp then I doubt I can help you any further. |

In the current system there really can't be much more than is seen notwithstanding possible inaccuracies. I said we prefer...that is what should be and not what is. |

deedeedee1:the you people reason sometime baffles me. Igbo people are the majority of people who are on the streets. So because a few people who are enjoying nigeria's money by holding political offices do not speak, the millions who are suffering should keep quiet abi? Nnamdi kanu that spoke out an continues to do so, you people have called him all sorts of names. The millions of igbos who struggle daily are fed up with one Nigeria. Yes, the ones that only have to use a papa port to import or export goods just because the other port that is closest to them is not working because its close to them. The one whose federal roads are death traps because its in their region. The ones who on their way to their region will be harassed by the police and custom an the army. The one who have to get the highest of scores to be admitted to the university. Etc. Let me ask you. Bihari is able to go to London hospital to treat himself, how many nigerians can do that? Please spare me the leaders bullllshiiit. If you think your people who hold political office give a damn about you then you must be a fool. For the record, igbos at just tired of being in one country with the Hausa fulani. 3 Likes |

How do you disintegrate from a country peacefully without referendum which only your leaders can provide for you? If the leaders you vote for are against nigeria separation, then why do you vote them in? Why not vote for Igbos or massob or whatever? EvilMetahuman: Biafra agitation began before Buhari presidency, Biafra agitation started shortly after the masters of Yoruba, the Hausa/Fulani/Kanuri of far northern Nigeria started to adopt Islamic Sharia criminal codes. Remember, OBJ government imprisoned Uwazurike of MASSOB. Jonathan government imprisoned Biafra agitators who tried to take control of Enugu state govt house. So stop telling lies insinuating that agitation for Biafra started because Jonathan lost Power. Come out openly and state that you're clutching tightly to the sinking One Nigeria ship because the ship contains crude oil. |

Chigold101: What do you mean by this statement? "Captain Edet Wey, an Efik turned Yoruba was in charge of the Navy..." How do people change from being Efik to Yoruba, biko nu? By teleportation, or by transfiguration? Did you do any research at all before you posted this ridiculous comment? Or are you simply allergic to Google? If you do not know who Vice Admiral Wey was, all you had to do was to enquire from the right sources. Chai! Vice Admiral Joseph Edet Akinwale Wey (1918 – December 12, 1991) was a Nigerian naval officer who served, at various times, as head of the Nigerian Navy (i.e. Chief of Naval Staff), acting Foreign Minister, and Chief of Staff of the Supreme Headquarters, making him the de facto Vice President of Nigeria during Yakubu Gowon's regime. |
