As a people, the Urhobos have better chances in a restructured Nigeria than in an Igbo-dominated, however loosely controlled Biafra. This has always been our stand on this matter.

Just because we are not comfortable with Nigeria doesn't mean that we want Biafra as an exit plan. Many of us uncomfortable with Nigeria even prefer Niger Delta Republic to Biafra.
